The baker behind Happy Loaves! I bake breads and pastries in small batches here in Elwood, IL, using seasonal and local ingredients whenever possible. Happy Loaves was built on a simple idea: good bread makes people happy. My goal is to share that joy with my community — one fresh loaf (or pastry) at a time.
